Save Configuration Launches IE display of the saved xml

description

Version 4.1.3, Change Set 61743:
This is not a bug report. It is a request to make the application more user friendly.
Conditions: While running in Debug mode in VS2010 (Professional).
OS: Windows 7 Professional /32
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Run IE (Internet Explorer)
  2. Run PMU Connection Tester in Debug mode
  3. Connect to an IEEEC37.118-2005 active device
  4. File Menu / Config File / Save...
  5. In the Save Configuration File dialog, enter a valid file name.
  6. Click the Save button
    Result: Config file is saved OK, however, a new tab is openned in IE displaying the XML config file.
    Expected Result: Config file saved OK; maybe a simple "Configuration Saved ..." message box for feed back.

    Suggested improvement:

    The code causing the issue is found in PMUConnectionTester.vb -- MenuItemSaveConfigFile_Click event handler
    ' Open captured XML sample file in explorer...
    Process.Start("explorer.exe", .FileName)

  7. Replace "explorer.exe" with a configuration option. e.g.: "Browser for Displaying Configuration" (string){default="explorer.exe"}
  8. Make the actual instruction execution an option. e.g.: "Display Configuration in a Browser?" (boolean){True,False}

New Application Setting Added, DefaultShowConfigXmlExplorerAfterSave = False (screen shot attached)
Implemented as follows in PMUConnectionTester.vb>MenuItemSaveConfigFile.Click event handler:
...
If m_applicationSettings.ShowConfigXmlExplorerAfterSave Then
' Open captured XML sample file in explorer...
Process.Start("explorer.exe", .FileName)
End If
